Cobra supplies wire braiding machines and wire harness braiding machines used by defence products manufacturing companies.

These are used in the design, development and manufacturing of electrical and electronic cabling and harnesses for sea, land, air and space defence applications.

The Cobra wiring harness braiding machine or wire braiding machine is designed to apply a textile, wire or composite over braid materials on these wire harnesses.

Typically this involves applying nomex or a tin-plated copper as an outer jacket to the harness. Other materials such as PEEK are also used.

The braiding machine is designed easily to fit into companies manufacturing total system interconnection solutions.
