The torsion spring can be adjusted or changed to accommodate a wide range
of release tensions on the braiding machine carrier mechanism.
The machine can be built with three take –off methods:
Three roll calendar for flat braids
Single 55 mm diameter mini capstan and 4 idlers for round braids
450 mm diameter capstan as required
Wind-up units to suit each customer’s requirements are also available
if required.
Electronic control systems can include variable braiding machine speed control
and facilities for speed ramp up and ramp down.
The machine speeds for the Cobra vary depending on the application.
There are various options available in respect of the guards or safety shield
for the machines to suit the particular application.
